Did you know that staged homes spend on average half the time of
un-staged homes on the market? And that vacant rooms actually feel smaller than rooms with appropriate furniture?
A National Association of Realtors (NAR) survey found that
71% of seller’s agents said that staging increases the dollar
value of a property.
In a NAR Profile of Buyers, 84% of buyers reported the photos to be the most useful information. Those images carry more weight than facts like square footage and the number of bathrooms.
Almost a third (28%) of buyers are more willing to
“overlook property faults” when the home is staged.
Over 81% of buyers find it easier to visualize the property as
their future home when it is staged.
